Reno Perez has charted three top five singles (US) A vocalist and guitarist, Reno deftly fuses genres, transitioning from Jazz to Blues to Latin and the orchestral strains of Classical Mariachi.

Reno has shared the stage with legendary artists such as John OatesMerle Haggard, Buck Owens, as well as Blues icons Bobby Blue Bland, Rocky Benton and the late Pinetop Perkins. Reno has written and performed in national commercials, including Miller Lite and a Pepsi Cola collaboration with Ricky Martin. Reno has toured with Country great Johnny Rodriguez, serving as his musical director as well as lead guitarist.

Reno Perez is resident composer/artist development with AMFM Studios LLC, a music and film studio in Austin, Texas.

WikipediaReno Perez (born 1973) is a Mexican-American singer/songwriter. He has charted 3 top 5 singles on Tejano/Country music Charts while signed to Hacienda records: “Tejanita,” Mil Anos, and a Spanish-language version of “Brown Eyed Girl.” He is now an independent artist.

His father is Tejano Music Hall of Famer Juan Perez (singer). He has shared the stage with country great Johnny Rodriguez as musical director/lead guitarist, and others like Flaco Jiménez, Merle Haggard, and Ricky Martin. He has opened for many national acts. Perez is resident composer/artist development with, Austin Music Film and Media studios
